ATELIER – House of Events was appointed by Tourism WA to bring the United Cup 2025 Multicultural Festival to life, turning the RAC Arena Plaza into a vibrant hub of culture, entertainment, and community.⁠ Over 56,000 patrons passed through the pre-match festival over six days, from 27 December 2024 through to 1 January 2025. Responsible for full-scale event coordination, site theming and design, program curation, site management, and technical production, ATELIER delivered a world-class celebration of culture, community, and connection.⁠ From electrifying performances, roving performers, tennis-themed photo moments, and interactive experiences, every detail was designed to celebrate Perth’s rich cultural diversity while welcoming international tennis to Perth.⁠

ATELIER worked with key stakeholders Tourism WA, Tennis Australia, RAC Arena to manage the production and delivery of the festival
