Plateful Perth brings a month-long culinary celebration to the City of Lights. Created by the City of Perth, restaurants and bars across CBD showcase their talents through a range of exciting one-off events, dining experiences and big value offers. A highly curated programme, each event was designed to create lasting memories through the joy of dining.

In August 2023, the City of Perth was transformed into a thriving foodie mecca – a true gastronauts’ destination. The immersive Plateful Perth program not only offered delicious dishes but also bespoke dining experiences that gave opportunity to explore new venues and old favourites. The program allowed passionate chefs to showcase the finest in Western Australian produce and collaborate across venues.

ATELIER – House of Events worked alongside DGPR to facilitate the Plateful Perth 2023’s program curation and development.

The ATELIER – House of Events team also designed and executed the end-to-end production of the program’s headline event, Plated – A Sensory Feast. The sold-out 200-person event was held at the Art Gallery of WA and took guests on a sensory dining journey through the venue. The experiential menu was created in collaboration with The State Buildings executive chef Kim Brennan and Mixologist Matt Bodycote designed custom cocktails. Five-star catering service was executed by the team at Heyder and Shears for a truly unforgettable experience.
