Each year ATELIER – House of Events commits to a pro bono project, supporting a cause close to our hearts. In September 2024, ATELIER – House of Events partnered with Parkerville Children & Youth Care to deliver their Annual Fundraising Charity Lunch at The Kingsman. This high-profile event raised over $220,000 to support the organisation’s services that provide therapeutic care to children and families affected by trauma and abuse.⁠

Inspired by a whimsical Willy Wonka theme, from the moment guests passed through the gates of the ‘”chocolate factory’,,” they were immersed in a world of enchantment. The golden ticket menu, Oompa Loompa and candy table numbers, and vibrant event styling all contributed to a truly unforgettable experience. The ATELIER – House of Events team provided comprehensive strategic, logistical, and creative direction throughout the planning and execution of the event. ATELIER assisted with overall event management and budget planning, ensuring that every detail was covered while maximising fundraising opportunities.  

Leaning on our industry friends, ATELIER – House of Events brought on board wine partner Howard Park and production supplier EventEx to support the event, further impacting the financial success of the fundraising event. Through our meticulous planning and execution, ATELIER – House of Events delivered a dynamic and one-of-a-kind experience for attendees, helping Parkerville Children & Youth Care raise essential funds and furthering their important mission.
