The Forrest Walk Opening Event was a vibrant community celebration marking the revitalisation of this iconic Subiaco precinct. Designed to highlight the area’s rich history and cultural significance, the event ATELIER – House of Events was engaged to blend arts, music, and formal proceedings to create an engaging experience for both VIP and community guests. A street-party-style celebration set the tone, featuring live music with jazz and arts-focused entertainment that reflected the precinct’s creative essence. A formal Welcome to Country by Len Collard opened the event, acknowledging the significance of the space. This was followed by speeches from the City of Subiaco Mayor and key stakeholders, including featured artists and local business representatives. The program also featured a special unveiling moment – a ribbon-cutting ceremony which symbolised the completion of the project.

ATELIER – House of Events was responsible for the event’s end-to-end management, including event design and styling, production management, entertainment coordination, vendor engagement, onsite staff management, and permit approvals, ensuring a seamless and memorable launch for the community.
