Celebrating the best our nation’s South West region has to offer, Essence of Australia’s South West was successfully held on Saturday 23 September. Presenting the finest produce and culture of the South West region to the Singapore market, the event’s diverse program gave local and international trade buyers an opportunity to learn, taste and savour specialty Australian produce. 

Held at The Cliff, Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa, the picturesque location was the perfect backdrop to showcase the South West’s finest export-ready food, beverages and tourism. Guests were guided through a diverse tasting journey of the region’s best food, wine and spirit offerings, complete with live cooking demonstrations, an exclusive masterclass, and lively panel discussions. 

Officially opened by Mr Allaster Cox, Australian High Commissioner to Singapore, Essence of Australia’s South West 2023 was presented by South West Development Commission and TradeStart. 

ATELIER – House of Events was responsible for end-to-end event management. Responsible for the venue, program and entertainment coordination, the dedicated events team also managed the aspect of international logistics and stakeholder involvement. The events team managed all aspects of the exhibition, from the vendors, event design and staffing to technical audio visual requirements and the Essence of Australia’s South West website.
